Just For Parents – Just for parents is an online community to assist parents who are struggling with their Type 1 Diabetic teenagers.  It is a program designed to explore the impact of Type 1 Diabetes on your child, your family and you.

FITE Program – The Florida Initiative in Telehealth is geared toward providing information for anyone who cares for, knows of someone who has diabetes, or the diabetic themselves.

Diapedia – Diapedia is the living textbook for Diabetes provided by diabetes professionals, and research investigators from the University of Florida.  This is a network of peer reviewed articles, and acts as a living textbook for anyone searching for diabetes information.

Diabetes Sisters – This is a website dedicated to Woman with diabetes.  There are POD (Part of Diabetes sister’s) Meet-Ups.  The list is broken down by state.  Diabetes Sisters focuses on the emotional and peer support that woman with diabetes need, as well as providing resources and events to gather together for support.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Information – There are certain conditions associated with Diabetes that the state will approve SSI benefits for.  There are separate guidelines for children and adults.  Please see the additional information below for the Endocrine guidelines.
